PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. 

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Product Pick Up from Warehouse or Store

Check if you have the right items! When you collect goods from one of our warehouses or stores you must check the goods before leaving. If you find that our staff have brought you the wrong products and/or wrong color products, you must let them know and call Inter-Island Outdoors at +639230904528 so we can resolve the situation on the spot. It is your responsibility to ensure you have collected the correct items. If you forget to check on site and leave the warehouse either with the wrong product (e.g., wrong color, etc.) or without some items (e.g. swivel rod holder) we retain the right to charge you a fee for correcting the situation. In the event that you left with the wrong color kayak for instance, when you come back to swap it for the correct color, the warehouse, being a third party, will charge us for receiving the returned goods, and for picking the replacement goods, and for time spent dealing with the swap. We retain the right to pass on these charges to you, and will require these charges to be paid before the swap is organized. All costs associated with returning the goods to the appropriate warehouse will be incurred by you, the customer.

Product Scheduled Store Pick-up

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers who elect to pick-up their paid product(s) from our warehouse or store have maximum of two weeks from the date of purchase to pick-up the product(s). After that we will charge the customer 1%-5% of the product's amount per week for storage fee depending on how big is the product. This storage fee is non-refundable.

Product Received upon delivery or port pick-up

Unbox and check your items right away.  If there are missing items, call Inter-Island Outdoors at +639230904528 within 24hours (business hours) so we can address the problem on time.  If there product damages,  take an overall picture so we can see the entire product. Then take several closeups of the affected area(s) placing a known object like a coin or a foot in the picture helps us understand the size of the defective area upon opening the package and email the pictures at sales@interislandoutdoors.com within 24 hours so we can address the problem.  

Missing items during shipment

Inter-Island Outdoors use third party forwarders to ship your item.  We will provide you with a BL number or a tracking number from forwarders after shipping your product.  Once you have the BL number or tracking number, proactively track your items.  Call us at +639230904528 within 24hours (business hours) so we can assist you in locating your item.

Your rights under the Philippines Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Philippines Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The financial burden of returning the goods to one of our registered warehouses or store for repair or replacement will be borne by the customer.

Limitation of Liability

Inter-Island shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Inter-Island products have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Inter-Island product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Inter-Island reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Inter-Island reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Inter-Island shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Inter-Island without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Inter-Island may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Inter-Island.

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Inter-Island or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Inter-Island may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Inter-Island, Inter-Island has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Inter-Island.
