Occasionally, if demand is very high, you will notice some of our products are on a "back order." You still have the option to order these products. Keep in mind that because they are back ordered, your particular product has not yet manufactured. Therefore, the shipping date is an estimate date. The date we provide are subject to change. We will send you a notification email once your product is ready to ship to your location or once your product is available at our store for pick-up.

We offer three options at checkout: Store Pickup, Freight Terminal Pickup, and Home Delivery.
Store Pickup:
Let us know when are you going to pick-up your kayak so we can get it ready for you. You can pick-up your kayak at My Center Building, Gov. Cuenco St., Corner A.S. Fortuna St., Banilad, Cebu City, Philippines.
Terminal Freight Pick-up: We ship your kayak to the Freight terminal close to your location, and you would pick it up from there. Please contact us before choosing this option so we can verify your port location.
Home Delivery: We currently offer this option within Cebu Island. The kayak will arrive right at your door.
We wrap our kayaks in cardboard, bubble wrap, and plastic. Rarely are our kayaks damaged as a result of this packing method, but we still encourage our customers to inspect them upon delivery and to note any damage with the freight driver.
If you are within Cebu island, we can deliver your product to your door for a fee. If you are outside Cebu island, we use 3rd party private couriers to ship your products.
For small or boxed packages, we ship through LBC, JRS, or JNT couriers.
For bigger/bulky products like kayaks and SUPs, we ship your products through TransAsia, AP Cargo, Cokaliong, and other private freight couriers. We only ship your kayak equipment from our Cebu warehouse to the next port close to your location. Please contact us to learn more about product shipment.
For Boxed Items:
Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking information via email and SMS so you can trace your parcel as it makes it's way to you.
For Kayaks and SUPs:
Once your order has been dispatched, one of our staffs will contact you via email with tracking details for your order. Delivery will be made by our network of Private Couriers. They will be given your contact details so they can give you advanced notice of your imminent delivery (usually the day before), to arrange for a successful delivery. Many of our private couriers also have GPS tracking, and a tracking link will be provided in the tracking email if it is available, so you can see as they make their way to you.

Due to our large range of products, different shipping locations, and different private courier schedules, delivery times vary.
We pack your items right away after we receive your payment then we book freight courier's earliest schedule and forward your item(s) to them. Based on our experience, delivery time is usually 1 to 14 days.
All our shipments include insurance for items that are possibly damaged or lost in transit.

If the tracking or Proof of Delivery (POD) shows your item has been signed and delivered, your package is no longer covered for loss by the Transit Insurance.

It is the receiver's responsibility to check the condition of the package prior to signing the Proof of Delivery (POD). Do not sign the POD if there are visible signs of damage or if you think there is a possibility of damage to the item. Alternatively, mark down on the POD that the item has been received damaged, take photos and the drivers/couriers contact details, and contact Inter-Island Outdoors as soon as possible.

Yes we do. Just select BANK DEPOSIT on the payment options screen at checkout, which will reveal our East West Banking Corporation bank details for you to make payment to. SeaGypsy X-Hunter, Glaukos, and Achilles Kayaks are best for fishing. X-Hunter is long and stable with enough space for storage. The smaller version is the Achilles model. It is smaller than X-Hunter. It is also good for paddlers and is easier to carry around. The Glaukos fishing kayak is also highly recommended for fishing. For a more convenient fishing experience, we recommend our SeaGysy pedal kayaks. Pedaling kayaks allow fishing on the move and reeling without paddling.

Clean your polyethylene kayak with mild soap and water. Use 303 Protectant or a similar plastic protectant to guard against UV rays and to help your boat shine.

Our paddleboards are designed to withstand a lot of pressure, capable of going up to 26psi. For general use you shouldn't need to put more than 16-17 psi into your board. Heavier riders may benefit from pressure closer to 18 psi.
The pressure gauge will not display the pressure until it reaches around 6-7psi. The pin is not accurate, being a manual hand pump, but it gives you a good indication of the pressure once you're above that 6-7 psi mark.
It is not uncommon for screws to come slightly loose when the paddle is new. Simply tighten the screws and the paddle will lock in place securely.

Before you start, it is always good to be prepared. That way you won’t have to leave your car or kayak unattended while you run off to grab that rope or strap that is still in your garage! Load your kayak evenly, distributing the weight of your kayak across the length of your vehicle. How you fasten your kayak will depend on the type of roof racks you are using.
A kayak trolley designed to support your style of kayak will drastically extend the lifespan of your vessel. How to use a trolley varies between models.
Scupper Hole Support Trolley
A scupper hole or cone support style trolley is designed to fit sit-on-top kayaks by inserting arms into the kayak scupper holes. The kayak is held in place by tapered rubber grippers, so you do not need any additional straps to secure it to the trolley.
Cradle Support
A cradle support trolley holds your yak between two arms with the hull resting on a rubber cradle. Like the cone support style above, you do not need to further secure this style of trolley with a strap.
Platform Style
You will need a strap to fix your kayak to this style of trolley but the benefit of a platform-style over a cradle or cone is the ability to transport multiple vessels. You can also use this style of trolley to maneuver other craft such as stand up paddleboards, surfboards and small boats.
The cupboard, the boot of your car, under the bed, your wardrobe…in fact you can literally store your inflatable gear anywhere when it’s deflated. The only thing you really need to consider is making sure it is dry when packing it away as this just ensures a longer lifespan, especially if you’ve been using it in salt water.
If you are storing your kayak outdoors, take steps to minimize the factors that can cause damage such as light, heat and pressure. You will also need to protect against theft.
There are a range of creative solutions for maximizing space in an indoor storage environment. If you are lucky enough to have access to a garage, basement or another storage unit, the advice is similar to outdoor storage. Avoid heat, cover your kayak and store it off the ground.
