LAYAWAY TERMS + CONDITIONS

We offer a great layaway system. 

Please complete the Layaway Application Form to apply. Once you've paid 30% we will save your product for you with your chosen color so it’s locked in.
 

Term
Layaway is available on a 1 to 4 months term and must be paid in full.

Term Options:

A. 1 month (weekly collection, 4 payments)

B. 2 months (bi-monthly, 4 payments)

C. 3 months (bi-monthly, 6 payments)

D. 4 months (monthly, 4 payments)
 

Collection date
Layaways must be collected by finalization date printed on the invoice.
 

Minimum Value
Layaway is available on purchases of Php10,000 or more.
 

Non-Refundable Deposit
A 30% deposit of the total layaway is required as an initial payment.
 

Payments
Payment must be made for the goods in at least two or four installments. Regular fortnightly payments must be made, and you will not receive the goods until the full price has been paid. 

Product must be collected within 14 days of final payment, or a storage fee of Php200 per boat equipment per day will be applied after 14 days.

Cancellation

• Cancellation due to failure to pay the item on the due date. Failure to make payments when they are due or collect layaways by the due date will be treated as cancellation of the layaway by the customer. In this instance, the customer will be entitled to store credit of the monies paid, less a termination fee of 30% non-refundable deposit. Customers will need to return in store with their original layaway receipt in order to cancel and refund their layaway. Cancellations of layaway without good reason will result in being declined for future layaways and will be made by the discretion of the Manager.  
• Cancellation if Product is no longer Available. Seller will reserve the product for the buyer within the layaway term or until the product is paid in full. If products are no longer available, Seller must cancel the Layaway and refund all monies to the buyer without cancellation fees.
• Effect of Cancellation. Subject to the above, when a Layaway is cancelled by either party, Seller must refund the money paid within 14 days, minus cancellation fees if there's any. There are circumstances which prohibit Seller from keeping the cancellation charge. These include but are not limited to, situations where the products are damaged or not delivered or where Seller has breached a term of the Layaway statement.
• Cancellation where business closes
  If Seller under a Layaway agreement proposes to stop trading before the agreement is completed, Seller must give notice of the proposal to the buyer and must either –
  (a) allow the buyer 7 days within which to complete the agreement: and
  (b) cancel the Layaway
• Cancellation Charge
  Seller shall charge the buyer cancellation fee under the terms of all Layaway deals.

Banking Charges back Fees
The seller shall be entitled to pass-on to the buyer all charge back fees received by any given bank for any given customer charge back from any given Layaway deal.   A 3% charge will be added if buyer will use paypal or a credit card to pay his/her goods.     
 

Exclusions
Layaway is not available on discounted and sale items.  All prices must be based on regular prices.  Please note that prices reflected in this website is VAT-exclusive.  

Tender
Refunds for layaway payments will be refunded by Store Credit or Cash minus the termination fee. A record of payments transaction history will always be available for both the merchant and buyer, recording all amounts paid to-date and the date and value of all future pending payments as per your agreed layaway policy. Individual items may not be added, removed or separated from a layaway.

Identification/Privacy
You are required to give your Full Name, Address, Email Address and Phone Number when setting up a layaway. These will not be used for any other purposes, other than contacting you.
 

Information collected for a layaway transaction will be used for the purpose of processing your layaway and to send reminders via letter, SMS or email.
