Sales and Marketing Specialist (Cebu City)

Inter-Island Outdoors is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our wide range of outdoor products both online and in-store.

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and increasing brand awareness. You will work closely with our sales team to identify target markets and develop effective marketing campaigns to reach our customers. Your expertise in digital marketing and retail sales will be essential in achieving our business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our outdoor products
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, and search engine optimization
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and customer segments
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing

Requirements:
