How to purchase a kayak equipment?
1. Choose your products and add to cart.
Select your items from the list of products and add to your cart.
3. Contact us to confirm whether shipping is available to your location.
Ensure you communicate with us before initiating any payments. Our sales team will reach out to you within 24 business hours to confirm the feasibility of shipping to your location. Kindly provide your name and order number for order verification. Should you not receive a response from us, please get in touch during our business hours.
4. Make a payment.
Once shipping information has been verified doable to your location, make a payment. We currently accept bank transfer or cash deposit and PAYPAL for online transactions. Please include your name and order number in your transaction info when making a payment.
5. Send your payment info to sales@interislandoors.com.
Send us your transaction receipt with your name and order number so we can pack and ship your product. You don't need to send your payment receipt if you pay through paypal or using your credit/debit card.
5. Track your package.
Your products will be shipped within 3 to 20 days after we have received your payment. You will be provided with the name of the shipping company, the Bill of Lading (BL) number/Tracking number, and instructions on how to claim your item.
